It’s that time of year again! Registration for the annual Thomas Edison Pitch Contest is now open!
The Thomas Edison Pitch Contest was created in 2010 as a competition to showcase and encourage invention, innovation and entrepreneurship among students before they get to college. Every year, students submit their great ideas to win prizes and gain the hands-on experience exclusive to this contest!
Thomas Edison once said “There’s a better way to do it – find it!” This challenge is extended to students from grades 4-12! This fun STEM contest will allow students to create their own inventions to solve problems that they see in the world today.
Students will have the chance to:
- Learn about STEM, history & entrepreneurship all in one contest
- Receive a FREE Maker-Kit full of inventing supplies & a stipend for your teacher/mentor
- Motivate & inspire students to learn science, engineering, business, marketing & more!
- Pitch your invention to a panel of judges who are real-life scientists & entrepreneurs
- Work together as a team to win the Grand Prize – A 3D PRINTER FOR YOUR SCHOOL
Registration is open until January 30th, 2023 and all submissions are due by April 19th, 2023. Learn more about the contest right here and gain some inspiration from past winners!
