Professor Zdenka Kuncic obtained a degree in Science with first class honors in Physics at the University of Syndey, followed by a PhD in Theoretical Astrophysics at the University of Cambridge. She is a Professor of Physics and a Fullbright future scholar at the University of Sydney where she leads an interdisciplinary research team working on projects that bridge physics, medicine, biology, neuroscience, and engineering to solve complex problems.
