UNM Summer Transportation Institute (STI) / UNITE Program

The UNM Engineering Student Services (ESS) with the support of the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Army Education Outreach Program (AEOP) is sponsoring the Summer Transportation Institute (STI) and UNITE Summer Programs for high school students. The summer programs will take place on the University of New Mexico campus in Albuquerque and are free of charge to participants. The University of New Mexico - School of Engineering is offering a special 4 week summer program for students interested in exploring careers in the STEM and transportation fields. UNITE students participate in the three week Summer Transportation Institute (STI) at UNM plus an extra week of enrichment activities in robotics, solar energy, nanoscience and smart lighting through the UNITE program sponsored by the U.S. Army Educational Outreach Program.
