The graphic above shows the functions of each button in the navigation bar at the top of the page. We recommend that you do the course topics in order the first time you do the course and then use the Contents menu when you need a refresher on a specific topic.

In addition to this bar, the bottom of every page contains "thumbnail navigation" where you can click to move to the next page in that section without having to select the topic from the Contents menu. The thumbnail navigation looks like this:

Click the back arrow to go to the previous page.   Each page of content in the section has a square. A filled-in squre shows you which page you are on. The empty squares show how many pages remain. You can click a square to go directly to that content page.   Click the forward arrow to go to the next page.
